The time has come (and gone). We closed, the sale, on our Myrtle Beach house. It was a stressful experience. One in which I don't think we'll ever do again!

We were lucky enough to move into our new house before we closed on it. So, we're unpacked and situated. We'll close next week, and once we do that... Let the Fixer-Uppin' begin!
