I've posted a couple pictures on FB recently, displaying the gorgeous entrees that Tim makes for us. Quite a few people like the photos and that inspires him to make even better entrees (like that's even possible, BUT... he manages to do it more times than not), LUCKY ME!
All of this inspires me to showcase his best. I love his creations. And here are my favorites that he has made...
Smoked and char-grilled poblano pepper stuffed with Spanish rice and ground beef.
Blackened catfish with garlic-parm mashed potatoes and smoked cheddar cheese sauce.
Braised lamb shank with goat cheesed whipped potatoes and wine bersaige topped with grilled mushrooms
Crab tortellini with a corn relish and Cajun cream sauce, topped with tri-pepper confetti
Sous vide duck breast with beet green and Andouille sausage risotto with braised beets and white navy puree topped with cranberry glaze
Tonkontsu Ramen (Pork Ramen)
Eggplant Crostini with mozz cheese topped with an olive tapenade and drizzled with Balsamic and Olive Oil
Homemade, old fashioned lasagna. Noodles, ricotta and sauce made from scratch
Vegetable Risotto (made with lobster stock) topped with lobster claws, scallops and shrimp
Mahi Mahi fish tacos (yes, the tortillas are homemade)
Roasted Chicken Shio Ramen with chicken tare (another sauce), with roasted apple and onion (the egg was marinated in soy, ginger and garlic)
As for the baking... I usually am the one to do it. However, Tim's cheesecake just cannot be beat! He makes an amazing cheesecake, and here is a picture of his Tiramisu Cheesecake
I truly love his creations. I wish most of you lived closer to experience the flavors!
